As we reported in January, Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford‘s son was arrested right after New Year’s Day in Beverly Hills, California. Reportedly, the 19-year-old was pulled over by cops and failed a field sobriety test — after officers claimed he reeked of alcohol.
Per TMZ on Thursday, the male model was officially charged with driving under the influence.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office slapped the teen with two charges — one count of DUI, and another of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 — which are both misdemeanors.
If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail, and a $1,000 fine.
Although California has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to underage drinking and driving — anything at or above .01 will get you in trouble — judges are usually lenient with first offenders.
Per Us Weekly, his arraignment is set for March 13.
At the time of his arrest, Gerber’s attorney, Scott Spindel, told the publication:
“Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations.”
The runway star has appeared in campaigns for fashion houses such as Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.
On the day he was charged, Presley was photographed picking up 17-year-old sister, Kaia Gerber, from an airport in Los Angeles.
Per DailyMail.com, the female catwalk diva “looked surprised” when she saw her brother pull up.
Adding to the surprise, Presley greeted his younger sister with delicious In-N-Out! Kaia later took a picture of her yummy shake on Instagram Story.

Kaia had quite the fashion month as she walked for brands such as R13, Coach, Marc Jacobs, Max Mara, Fendi, Prada, Versace, Saint Laurent, Lanvin, Chloe, Valentino, Givenchy, Stella McCartney, and Chanel.
So we can only imagine how much it meant for her to see a friendly face like her brother’s, especially since it seems like they have such a great relationship!
In February 2018, Presley stopped by Bang Bang Tattoos in NYC, where he got a tat of his sister’s name. The ink read:
“Kaia XXIII”
Reportedly, famed tattoo artist Jonathan Valena AKA JonBoy did the lowercase script and roman numerals.
Kaia and Presley’s parents also vocalized their approval of the tat. In the comments section, Rande noted:
“RG + JG APPROVED!”
Meanwhile, Cindy wrote:
“Cool.”
We can’t imagine Presley’s parents will be too happy over his latest charge though.
And with that, she’s been letting go of many people in her life, namely cutting out those that have previously “enabled her,” a source shared with Entertainment Tonight.
This is all while the singer is also starting fresh by living solo in new digs located near an outpatient facility in El Lay.
As we previously reported, the Confident artist overdosed in July 2018, and entered a treatment facility for three months where she had the support of family and friends, ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, and new beau Henry Levy. Just a month prior to her near-fatal overdose, she revealed she had relapsed after six years of sobriety with the release of her song Sober.
It’s also been said earlier this month that the 26-year-old’s friends are growing concerned for her amid some of these changes.
But if this new insider is to be believed, Demi is on the right path:
“She has hit a couple bumps in the road and had to return to the inpatient facility for short stints, but for the past 30 days she has been on her own and doing really well.”
In fact, this recent report claims Lovato “is still sober and committed to her sobriety.”
Amazing news!!
And as for her singing career? Things are on the upswing as ET writes:
“Lovato is eager to commit full time to her career and that’s really been what’s motivating her to stay healthy… [Demi] is really inspired and feeling excited to get back on stage.”
That makes us so happy to hear! We can’t wait to learn more about what she releases next, which if we’re lucky, could involve her former Camp Rock costars!
Teasing a reunion between Demi and the Jonas Brothers, the source spilled:
“Demi joining the Jonas Brothers is very much a possibility, but nothing is confirmed at the moment.”
It’s 2008 all over again! Except the Jo Bros aren’t wearing purity rings anymore and Demi unfollowed Nick Jonas on Instagram. LOLz! And it still seems a little far-fetched if you ask us, considering the history between her and Joe Jonas, but we’d definitely be down for a reunion!

Following his 40-day trip to rehab, Ben Affleck is ready to open up about his struggle with alcoholism, coparenting with Jennifer Garner, and being the best dad possible.
The actor opened up about the disease, four months after his stint in rehab, to Hoda Kotb on Monday morning alongside Triple Frontier costar Charlie Hunnam:
“It’s a part of my life. It’s something I deal with. It doesn’t have to sort of consume my whole identity and be everything, but it is something that, you know, you have to look at. I feel like I had a problem and I really wanted to address it and I take some pride in that… It’s about yourself, your life, your family. [As] people we encounter these kinds of hurdles and we have to deal with them.”
He also gushed about his ex-wife, with whom he shares three children:
“She’s wonderful. Somebody’s the mother of your kids they’re gonna be the most important, central person in your life and that’s good. I’m lucky they got a great mom and she helps out a great deal with making sure we co-parent in as good a way as possible.”
And talked about his own parenting, too:
“I certainly try pretty hard. Dads are so important to kids and it’s our responsibility to be there for them; to be present, to be mindful, to be attentive, to be part of their lives, to be in it just as much as moms. That’s really the central preoccupation of my life. The focus of my life. It’s what I love doing. It makes me happy. The rest of the stuff kind of follows.”

When Writers in Treatment decided to present Jodie Sweetin with the Experience, Strength and Hope Award for her honest memoir, Unsweetined, and her work with other recovering addicts, her Uncle Jesse was there for her.
John Stamos took the stage at the ceremony Thursday night and revealed it was his little pal Stephanie who helped him finally find his way to sobriety, saying:
“It took me a long time, a long time disappointing everyone who cared about me, culminating in a terrible DUI where I could have killed somebody. I hit rock bottom.”
John is so stable and healthy now, it’s difficult to even remember this happened.
But in June of 2015, shortly after the loss of his mother, John indeed was busted for a DUI — and was so far gone police rushed him to the hospital.
Thankfully this was just the last stop before the road to recovery — and it was Jodie who gave him directions:
“Jodie lovingly allowed me to walk my own path and when I finally humbled myself to ask for your help, I realized that the perky little blabbermouth had become the master of wisdom and was right by my side during some of the most difficult days of my life.”
Awww!
Jodie dealt with her own substance abuse problems and came out the other side. She’s now nearly eight years sober herself.
It was her experience which allowed her to help John, who is now almost four years clean.
John concluded:
“Thank god, my wife and my new son will only know me as a sober husband and father. This is Jodie’s legacy in my life.”
Stephanie finally sat down and helped Uncle Jesse with a problem. So amazing!
In her acceptance speech, Jodie first responded directly to her costar, saying:
“John, I’m so proud of you and it’s been the greatest thing to watch someone that you love have the light come back on again.”
She then spoke to her parents, who were in the front row, saying:
“The biggest thanks I want to give is my mom and dad. To say that I am grateful to them is a word and a feeling far too small for what they gave me and the patience and the understanding and the unconditional love that it took to get me on this journey. You guys never gave up and you never told me I was bad.”

First we heard Jordyn Woods confessed to Khloe Kardashian. The story to friends was she didn’t even remember the alleged hookup with Tristan Thompson because she was “blackout drunk.”
But don’t cue Jamie Foxx‘s Blame It On The A-a-a-a-a-alcohol just yet, because according to TMZ, she sings a different tune altogether in her Red Table Talk interview with Jada Pinkett Smith.
Sources who were present for the filming of the upcoming convo, set to air Friday on Facebook, tell the outlet she drops ALL excuses.
She was not drunk at all but completely clear-eyed. (Though probably not full-hearted.)
However, she is apparently still sticking with the line that it was only this one makeout sesh at this one party — and like we’ve maintained, we just aren’t buying it.
Jordyn Woods is still seemingly begging Khloe Kardashian — and Kylie Jenner — for forgiveness after allegedly making out with Tristan Thompson over a week ago.
According to TMZ, their sources say the 21-year-old doesn’t even remember it happening!
As we previously reported, the Good American model was allegedly seen cuddled up and locking lips with KoKo’s baby daddy at a house party last weekend, which followed up with her apparently moving out of her bestie’s house AND getting unfollowed by some key Kardashians.
Now, insiders are saying Woods was blackout drunk, and was crying when she was told of her alleged deeds! They add that she rarely drinks, but it usually ends badly when she does.
This is contrary to reports claiming Jordyn and Tristan would “deny hooking up if they got caught.”

Daniel Radcliffe is opening up about one of the most prolific times in his life.
The 29-year-old actor recently admitted that he turned to alcohol to deal with the pressures of fame after the Harry Potter franchise became a global hit and catapulted him into the spotlight many years ago.
The British actor got candid about his experience in an interview for Off Camera with Sam Jones, telling the host that he was very aware of the increased attention that came with his iconic first gig:
“There is an awareness that I really struggled with particularly in my late teens when I was going out to places for the first time where you would feel… again it could have largely been in my head but… you would feel watched when you went into a bar, when you went into a pub. Then, in my case, the quickest way of forgetting about the fact that you were being watched was to get very drunk and then as you get very drunk, you become aware that, oh people are watching more now because now I’m getting very drunk, so I should probably drink more to ignore that more.”
Ugh, that must be what living in a fish bowl feels like…
The actor explains that contrary to popular belief, it can be difficult to face normal emotions as a young star because of the lifestyle you’ve achieved:
“Part of the thing is the expectation that you should just be delighted all the time. You have a great job, you’re wealthy, you don’t have a right to ever feel sad or to not be excited about the whole thing all the time and I think that’s a pressure as well.”
It sounds like Daniel knows that feeling all too well! He went on to express empathy for pop star Justin Bieber, who has also been at the center of public attention since the beginning of his career. In response to headlines and speculation consistently surrounding the singer, the star says:
“I’m always like, ‘Yeah, but you know stuff could be super crazy for him right now.’”
The Harry Potter alum admits that things got pretty rough before he was able to acknowledge that his substance abuse had gone a little too far:
“It took a few years and it took a couple of attempts. Ultimately, it was my own decision… I woke up one morning after a night going, ‘This is probably not good.’”
Radcliffe acknowledges that he was perhaps trying to live up to an unrealistic image of how he thought he should be:
“When I think of the sort of chaos that I used to invite into my life, I’m really much happier now and I think there was some part of me that was like actors have to be like crazy, cool drunks. I have to live up to this weird image that I have in my head of what it is to be a famous actor or something.”
Luckily for us Potter heads out there, Daniel never let the fame and all that came with it deter him from the role of a lifetime:
“Even at the lowest point, I still loved my job so much and I loved going to set and there was never a day where my own s**t would affect how I was on set. There was never a point where I was like ‘I wished this didn’t happen to me. I wish I wasn’t Harry Potter,’ like that just didn’t happen.”

“today i have 20 months sober. i am extremely proud. this hasn’t been easy. when you get sober… life still happens. you have to deal with all the same highs and lows as you did when you were using but now you don’t have the ability to numb yourself. you feel it. you feel everything. good and bad. but there is also beauty in that. over the past 20 months i have felt loss but i have also felt love. i felt joy but i also felt grief. but the bottom line is… i felt. and that is such a gift. today, when i look in the mirror i see a completely different man than i did 20 months ago. i see a man who knows that everything is exactly as it is meant to be. a man liberated from the prison of being stuck in the past or obsessing over the future. a man grateful for his life… exactly as it is. a man excited for the next chapter… and ready to face it… no matter what…. sober.”
The reality TV star’s post was flooded with positive and encouraging messages from fans in the comments section.
