Bekah Martinez is giving love to her post-baby body.
As we reported, on February 2, the Bachelor alum and boyfriend Grayston Leonard welcomed their daughter via water birth.

On her Instagram Story Wednesday, the 23-year-old shared the (above) photo of herself four days postpartum, along with the following inspirational message:
“So amazing what we can do. I’ve never felt so much respect and love for my body, diaper and all. #ThisIsPostPartum”
Bekah competed for Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s heart on season 22 of the hit ABC show in 2017, and met the father of her child shortly after being eliminated.
